INNOVATIVE CONTENT: An innovative approach to the
syllabus and course content distinguishes the E-PGP from
similar courses for mid-level executives offered by other
institutes. For the first time, themes drawn from the realm
of social sciences are being integrated into management
studies in a structured manner, leading to a nuanced,
multi-layered understanding of management issues. Seminars
anchored by experts and practitioners in the fields of
liberal arts, sociology and environment will form a

the context of each country achieved through experiential
study tours in the BRICs countries and in Africa. This is

ACCESS TO IIMB RESOURCES: The advantage of doing a
course at IIM Bangalore lies in having access to all the
resources of the Institute, including being able to choose
electives and attend classes being held for other programmes
offered by the Institute, such as the two year PGP, the
PGSEM and PGPPM, each with special topics of study.
